After placing an online order, our online store will deliver within 3 working days.
All delivery charges and delivery terms are subject to the relevant selected carrier.
In addition, we also currently provide limited appointment face-to-face service: usually from Monday to Friday, 7:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Lam Tin Station to North Point Station, North Point Station to Central Station, or Sham Shui Po Station to Central Along the station and Mui Wo pier, the actual delivery location is determined by the agreement and the goods at the time of appointment.

Each order includes 2 trial dispatches. If no one comes to the door on the same day, it will be arranged to return to the warehouse and redeploy the next day. If same-day rescheduling is required, a surcharge will apply. If the order has not been delivered after 2 trials, the product may be returned or the delivery needs to be re-opened. If the delivery address is a tenement building or a delivery address that cannot be directly reached by lift services, underground delivery will be arranged; if the delivery address is a fenced village or village house address, delivery will be arranged at the village entrance or designated location. If the building lift does not operate normally during delivery, we will arrange another delivery time to deliver again.
The company's home delivery service does not include moving the goods into the house. Therefore, if the items in the house are damaged during transportation, the company will not be responsible and compensated for any loss or damage.
When the gale signal is hoisted and the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery service will be delayed if the courier company determines that it is not safe for delivery. The company will contact you to change the delivery date.

The company reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the company's decision is final.
The company accepts VISA, Mastercard, Alipay Hong Kong and Payme, and all orders will be settled in Hong Kong dollars.
Change/Cancel an Order or Item
After the order is confirmed, it will enter the automated logistics process, and the system will immediately send the order information to the logistics company for stocking and shipping. If a temporary modification is made in the confirmed order, it may cause a discrepancy in the logistics records and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, please forgive us for not being able to cancel or change any of the items in the confirmed order, please understand and considerate.
In order to make your shopping experience pleasant and smooth, we recommend that you add your favorite items to your shopping cart or favorite list first, and confirm the order details (including item quantity, style, preferential price, etc.) Have your favorite items delivered to your doorstep.
