· Purpose of collecting your personal information
We will collect some data of your travel document or identity card to verify the identity of the credit card holder as a measure to protect you and us from fraudulent use of your card and fulfill any government requirement.

· Is the collection mandatory?
Yes, we are unable to process your in-flight sales purchase unless we collect the data of your travel document.

· How long will your personal data be kept?
Your record will be kept by our service provider (Torch In Forest) for not more than 3 years. Please rest assured that the storage of your personal data meets the industry security standards and best practices and your personal data will NOT be used for marketing or other purposes except in relation to this transaction.

· Your right to request access to your personal data Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, you have the rights to request access to, and to request correction of, your personal data. If you wish to exercise these rights, please complete a “ Personal Data Access Form” and forward it to admin@torchinforest.com
